Good news: your Aiden account (account.aiden.es) doesn’t use a password, so there’s no password to change, forget or reset. Every time you sign in we email you a one-time code instead. That keeps your company, domains and billing protected without you having to remember anything.
How to sign in
- Go to account.aiden.es
- Enter the email address your Aiden services are under and click Continue
- You’ll receive an email with a 6-digit code
- Enter it on screen and you’re in
The code expires after 10 minutes and can only be used once. Next time you sign in you’ll get a new one.
Common issues
- The code isn’t arriving: check your spam or promotions folder and make sure you’re using the email address registered with Aiden. Then click «Resend code» on the same screen.
- «Incorrect or expired code»: more than 10 minutes have probably passed, or you’re using an older code. Request a new one and always use the latest one you received.
- «Too many attempts»: for security, only a few codes can be requested in a row for the same email, and several wrong entries invalidate the code. Wait about 15 minutes and try again.
- «No active subscription»: only emails with an active Aiden service can sign in. You’re most likely using a different email from the one you signed up with — try the one that receives our invoices.
Want to secure your account?
Since access depends on your email, the most important thing is to protect your email inbox with a strong password and two-step verification. If you think someone else has access to your inbox, change that password first and let us know.
Looking for your email password?
The only Aiden service with its own password is your professional mailbox (you@yourdomain.com): it’s the one you chose when you created the email account and use in Outlook, Gmail or your phone. You change it from your hosting dashboard, under Email — not from account.aiden.es. The support portal doesn’t use a password either: we email you a sign-in link.
Still can’t access your account? Write to us at support@aiden.es with the email you’re using, or ask Lunnar, our assistant, from the support chat.
