Aiden Webmail lets you read and send email from your domain using any browser, with no installation required. It’s the quickest way to access your professional email from any computer — yours, the office one, or a borrowed one — with just your email address and password.
Accessing Webmail
You can check your email from any browser at:
webmail.yourdomain.com or via aiden.es → Webmail
For example, if your domain is mycompany.com, your webmail will be at webmail.mycompany.com. If you don’t remember the exact address, the Webmail option in the menu on aiden.es will take you directly to your mailbox.
Credentials
Use your full email address (for example, hello@mycompany.com, not just «hello») and the password you set for that email account. Keep in mind that this password belongs to your mailbox, not your Aiden account — they are separate credentials.
Common Issues
- «Incorrect username or password»: make sure you’re entering the full address with the domain and that there are no extra spaces when copying and pasting the password.
- The webmail.yourdomain.com page won’t load: if your domain or email service is newly set up, DNS may still be propagating. Wait a moment or log in via aiden.es → Webmail.
- You forgot your mailbox password: reset it from the panel where you manage your email accounts, or contact support for help.
