Paying at Aiden is secure and flexible. We use Stripe and other secure processors for all payments, which means your banking data never passes through our servers: it travels encrypted directly to the processor.
Available methods
- 💳 Credit or debit card — Visa, Mastercard and American Express. It’s the fastest method: the service activates instantly.
- 🏦 SEPA Direct Debit — European bank transfer, convenient for recurring subscriptions. Note that SEPA charges may take a few days to confirm.
- 📱 Apple Pay / Google Pay — pay with a tap from your mobile or compatible browser, without entering your card details.
- 🌐 PayPal — ideal if you prefer not to share your card with every service.
- 🛍️ Klarna — deferred payment, useful for spreading the cost of initial fees or annual renewals.
Which method should you choose?
For monthly subscriptions, card or SEPA are the most convenient options because renewal is charged automatically and your services never get interrupted. Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna are perfect for one-off payments.
Common issues
- Payment is declined: usually due to insufficient funds, an expired card, or your bank blocking the transaction as a precaution. Check your details or try another method.
- Your bank is asking for confirmation (3D Secure): this is normal — approve the transaction from your bank’s app and the payment will be completed.
- You want to change the method on an active subscription: this is managed from account.aiden.es.
🔒 We never store complete card data. Everything is managed securely.
💡 Tip: keep at least one valid payment method on file before each renewal. If your card is about to expire, update it in advance at account.aiden.es and you’ll avoid service interruptions.
