Your Aiden account (account.aiden.es) gives you access to all your services: Aiden Startup, hosting, websites, email and more. There is no sign-up form and no password: the account is created automatically the first time you sign in with the email you used to purchase.
Step 1 — Purchase a service
Your account is tied to your services, so first purchase the one you need (hosting, a domain, Aiden Startup…) with your email. If someone has invited you to their team from the hosting panel or from Aiden Startup, sign in from that panel.
Step 2 — Sign in with your email
Go to account.aiden.es, enter that same email and click Continue.
Step 3 — Enter the 6-digit code
You’ll receive an email with a 6-digit code. Type it on the screen, click Verify code and you’re in: your account is created at that moment. The code expires after 10 minutes and can only be used once. If it doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder and click “Resend code”.
Or sign in with Google or Apple
On the same screen you can click “Continue with Google” or “Continue with Apple” instead of typing your email. It works the same way: the account is created or opened with the email of that Google or Apple account, so it has to be the same email you purchased with.
Next time
If you sign in with your email, you’ll get a new code each time. You can also use Continue with Google or Continue with Apple again, or add a passkey under Security & sign-in and sign in with Face ID or Touch ID without waiting for the email.
💡 If you see “We couldn’t find an active subscription for this email address” after entering your email, that email has no active Aiden service. Try the email you paid with, or contact us through support.
