Keeping your details up to date in Aiden is more important than it may seem: your billing address appears on your invoices, your phone number allows us to contact you if there’s an issue with your services, and your preferred language determines how we communicate with you. You can update your details at any time from the My Account section.
What you can change yourself
From My Account you can edit the following directly, without support assistance:
- Full name — make sure it matches your identity document if you have services that require verification
- Contact phone number — include the international dialling code if you live outside Spain
- Billing address — this is what will appear on your next invoices, so review it before each renewal
- Preferred language — defines the language of your dashboard and communications
Changes are saved instantly and applied to all your Aiden services.
Changing your account email
Your email is your access identifier, so changing it is more sensitive: it requires additional verification to prevent someone else from taking over your account. To change it, contact support at support@aiden.es writing from your current email and indicating the new email you want to use. The team will verify your identity before applying the change.
Common issues
- The change is not reflected: refresh the page or log out and log back in.
- You no longer have access to your old email: mention this when writing to support — identity verification will be done another way.
- The invoice was issued with old details: update your billing address and ask support to correct the affected invoice.
