invoice.aiden.es is Aiden’s proprietary payment portal. When you issue an invoice with the ‘Bank card’ payment method, your customer receives a unique, secure link by email that takes them to this portal to pay.
What your customer sees
The portal is divided into two clear panels:
- Left panel: the complete invoice details — your logo, line items, quantities, taxes and total amount due
- Right panel: the secure card payment form, powered by Stripe Elements (the same technology used by major companies)
Your customer doesn’t need to register or create any account. They simply enter their card details and pay.
How and when the money arrives
The moment your customer completes the payment, Stripe processes the transaction and the amount (minus Stripe fees and Aiden’s commission) is added to your balance. The invoice is automatically marked as Paid in your dashboard, with no action needed from you.
Security
Aiden never sees or stores your customer’s card data. The entire payment process is encrypted and handled by Stripe, complying with PCI-DSS security standards.
