You’ve just activated your Aiden Startup account. To get your business fully operational and make the most of your dashboard, follow this recommended checklist. It should take no more than 15 minutes.
Getting started checklist
- Complete your profile: go to Settings → Personal Information and fill in your first name, last name, and profile photo.
- Verify your company details: in My Company (UK) or My LLC (Delaware), check that all company information is correct and matches your official registration.
- Activate your security PIN: in Settings → Security, set up a 4-digit PIN to protect access to your information, especially useful in the mobile app.
- Upload your logo: in Settings → Company, upload your company logo. It will automatically appear on all your invoices.
- Configure Books: if you’re going to issue invoices, go to Books → Settings and complete your company details (VAT number, address, IBAN, currency).
- Connect Stripe: if you want to accept card payments on your invoices, go to Books → Integrations → Stripe and connect your account.
- Review your obligations: take a look at the Taxes section to learn about your upcoming key dates.
- Enable notifications: make sure your email is up to date so you receive important reminders.
