Being locked out of your account is frustrating, especially when you need to access your documents or manage a service. The good news: almost all access problems have one of these three causes, and all of them have a solution. Start by identifying which one applies to you.
I forgot my password
This is the most common case and you can resolve it yourself in a couple of minutes:
- Go to the login page
- Use the «Forgot your password?» option
- You’ll receive an email with a reset link
- Open the link and set a new password
If the email doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder and confirm you’re using the email address you registered with. If the link has expired, request a new one.
I don’t remember my account email
Without your email we can’t send you the reset link, so in this case our support team steps in: contact support at support@aiden.es and provide your name and any service you’ve purchased (your company, your domain, etc.). With that information we’ll locate your account and verify your identity before giving you access.
My account is locked
If your password is correct but you can’t log in, the lockout may be due to a payment issue. Check if you have outstanding invoices — once you settle them, access will be restored. If you don’t see any pending payments or the lockout persists, contact support so we can review your case.
Before contacting support, check
- That you don’t have caps lock enabled when entering your password
- That you’re not using an old password saved in your browser
- That you try from another browser or in an incognito window, in case it’s a cache or cookies issue
If none of this works, email us at support@aiden.es with all the details (what error message you see and how long it’s been happening) and we’ll sort it out with you.
