Plans for United Kingdom (UK Ltd)
- Standard UK — £19.99/month: UK Ltd company, registered agent (registered office) in London, automatic synchronisation with Companies House, document management and email support
- PRO UK — £89.99/month: everything in Standard, plus Confirmation Statement and Annual Accounts included (management and filing), personal adviser, full Aiden Books module and priority support (response within 8 hours)
Plans for Delaware (LLC)
- Standard LLC — €29.99/month: Delaware LLC company, Registered Agent included, Annual Report included and guide to obtaining your EIN
- PRO LLC — €89.99/month: everything in Standard LLC, plus EIN and Franchise Tax management, full Aiden Books module and personal adviser
What does «included» mean?
When a plan includes an obligation such as Annual Accounts (UK) or Franchise Tax (Delaware), we mean that Aiden manages and files the process for you. The tax amount itself (if applicable) is never included — your company always pays this directly to the relevant authority.
How to change your plan
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from account.aiden.es. The change takes effect on your next billing cycle.
💡 Tip: if your company begins to have regular tax obligations or frequent invoicing, the PRO plan often pays for itself through the personal adviser and included management of filings.
