Once your money is Available in the Balances section, you can transfer it to your bank account. Aiden charges no fees for these transfers.
How to transfer your balance
- Go to Books → Balances
- Click Transfer balance
- You’ll see information about how your transfers are processed and a direct link to your payments account
- From there you can transfer your available balance or set up your automatic payment schedule
Automatic transfers
The most convenient option is to set up an automatic payment schedule. Once configured, your available balance transfers to your bank automatically according to the frequency you choose (daily, weekly, or monthly), without any action required from you.
How long does it take to reach my bank?
Once the transfer is initiated, the money usually takes between 1 and 3 business days to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank and country.
Does Aiden charge a fee for transfers?
No. Aiden charges no fees for transferring your balance to your bank. You only pay processing fees at the time of payment collection (Stripe + Aiden), not when you withdraw the money.
Requirement: bank account configured
To receive transfers, you need to have your bank account set up in your payments account. If you haven’t done this yet, the system will guide you through adding it the first time.
