Aiden connects directly with the official Companies House API, the UK company register, to keep your company information automatically up to date at all times, without any action required from you.
What information is synchronised?
- Company status: Active, Dormant, In Liquidation or Dissolved
- Upcoming filing deadlines: Confirmation Statement and Annual Accounts
- Filed documents: all official documents on record, available for download
- Changes to directors or PSC: any registered modifications
- Company data: name, number, registered address, share capital
How often is it updated?
Synchronisation is automatic and ongoing. When Companies House updates anything about your company, Aiden detects it and reflects it in your dashboard, plus sends you a notification if it’s a significant change.
Why is this useful?
It means your dashboard is always an accurate reflection of the official register. You don’t need to visit the Companies House website or interpret their information yourself — you have everything in your dashboard, in Spanish and presented clearly.
What if I spot a discrepancy?
If you ever notice that a piece of information in your dashboard doesn’t match what’s shown on companieshouse.gov.uk, open a support ticket. The Aiden team will review it and correct it within 24 hours.
