The Books → Balances section gives you a clear view of all your card payment funds in one place: what’s available, what’s on its way, and your complete transaction history.
What information you see in Balances
- Available: the balance that has already been settled and is ready to transfer to your bank account
- Pending: payments you’ve received but are still being processed (usually take 2-7 days to be released)
- Recent transactions: details of each payment received and each transfer sent out
- Transfers: complete history of all transfers to your bank account
Why is there money «Pending»?
When you receive a card payment, it first appears as Pending while the transaction is processed. This is a standard security mechanism for card payments worldwide. After a few days, the money is released and moves to Available.
How do I withdraw the money?
Your Available balance transfers to your bank automatically according to your configured schedule. You can also transfer it manually whenever you want using the Transfer Balance button.
Complete traceability
Every payment from every invoice is recorded in Transactions, so you can always see which invoice each money deposit comes from and when it transferred to your bank.
💡 Tip: check the Balances section to reconcile your payments. It’s the quickest way to verify which invoices have actually been paid and how much money is on its way.
