Your documents contain sensitive information about your business, which is why security is an absolute priority at Aiden. All stored documents are protected with enterprise-level security measures.
Security Measures
- AES-256 encryption at rest: your documents are encrypted while stored, using the same standard that banks use
- TLS 1.3 encryption in transit: when you upload or download a document, it travels encrypted end-to-end
- Protected access: your documents are only accessible after you log in, with the additional protection of a security PIN if you have it enabled
- European servers: your data is stored on servers located in the European Union, complying with GDPR
- Automatic backups: backups are performed every 24 hours so you never lose information
- Access audit: we record who accesses your documents and when
Who can see my documents?
Only you and the authorised Aiden team managing your business. Your documents are never shared with third parties or used for any purpose other than providing the service.
What about Lunnar analysis?
When Lunnar analyses a document, it does so confidentially. The content is not stored in external services or used to train models. The analysis is private and temporary.
Your Role in Security
- Use a strong and unique password for your account
- Enable the security PIN, especially if you use the mobile app
- Do not share your credentials with anyone
- If you detect an access you do not recognise, change your password immediately
